Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts. Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes related to loan recoveries. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivables portfolio. Maintain accurate records and reports on receivables, including aging analysis and credit risk assessments. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to loan recovery practices. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of banking regulations and laws governing loan recoveries and collections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions. Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications relevant to accounting and finance. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues related to loan recoveries and collections.
