Job Summary:
The Branch Operation Executive is responsible for managing and streamliningdaily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning, excellent customerservice, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Theyplay a key role in supporting sales activities, maintaining operationalefficiency, and ensuring compliance within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations, including policy issuance, premium collection, and document management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of policies, claims, and other transactions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Support the sales team by providing operational support and facilitating client onboarding.
• Manage branch cash and documents securely, adhering to audit and security protocols.
• Coordinate with head office and other departments for smooth operational flow.
• Prepare and maintain branch reports, records, and documentation.
• Conduct staff training or guidance related to operational procedures and compliance.
• Assist in achieving branch targets by ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operational software.
