Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operation Executive, located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Branch Operation Executive will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, processing loans, handling customer queries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and achieving overall branch goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in branch operations and customer service
• Loan processing and financial record-keeping proficiency
• Excellent knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in an NBFC, is a plus
• Proficiency in using financial management software and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
