Proficiency in extracting and manipulating data using complex analysis in Advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query), and creating insightful dashboards with tools like Tableau or Power BI will be an advantage. Hands-on experience or the ability to quickly learn core supply chain software, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) / Route Optimization Software. A strong, data-driven approach to identifying the root cause of problems. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is a significant advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present complex solutions and data-driven findings to clients, team members, and senior management.
