Operations Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Executive to oversee
and streamline day-to-day operations across departments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role
in improving productivity, optimizing procedures, and ensuring smooth execution
of operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
· Coordinate between internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, HR, etc.)
to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
· Coordinate and oversee end-to-end pharma operations, including production planning,
· procurement, inventory, and dispatch.
· Support compliance audits (internal and external) and maintain all necessary
· documentation.
· Assist in budget planning and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Basic understanding of pharmaceutical operations and manufacturing processes
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
· Attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
Qualifications:
BBA and MBA .

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
