Branch Operation Executive

1. Field work & Customer Engagement:

Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers.

Explain company processes, address queries, and facilitate successful closures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

2. Document Verification & Compliance:

Collect, review, and verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with customers to obtain required information and approvals.

3. Branch Operations & Support:

Assist in managing daily branch operations efficiently.

Maintain records, generate reports, and support administrative tasks.

Work closely with internal teams to enhance operational processes.

Experience 0–1 year (Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Good attention to detail, especially in document handling.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
