Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include managing branch staff, implementing sales and marketing strategies, monitoring loan processing activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also analyze financial reports, develop action plans to meet targets, and foster a positive work environment to achieve the branch's objectives.
