Job Type:Full-time Job Details - Shikshakji Group is seeking an exceptional, immediately available Branch Manager to establish and aggressively drive the growth of our Indore and Madhya Pradesh operations. This pivotal role requires a go-getter attitude, a high learning curve, and the readiness to take on challenges to achieve maximum business development across our three core service segments: HR Advisory, Zoho Applications Advisory, and Recruitment Services. We are preferring candidates ready to join immediately. While currently a work-from-home position, the successful candidate must be prepared for a transition to a work-from-office setup and regular, frequent travel to client locations. The Branch Manager is responsible for end-to-end client management and possessing a solution-centric approach to support the business for the whole branch. Key responsibilities include: Aggressively developing and executing strategies to achieve maximum business revenue from the MP region, with a sharp focus on acquiring and penetrating target segments: Startups/MSMEs, Education Service Providers, and organizations exploring Zoho products/services. You will manage the entire client lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation, negotiation, to service delivery and post-sales engagement, acting as a trusted advisor and providing tailored, solution-centric approaches for client needs in HR, Recruitment, and Zoho implementation/customization. You will take complete ownership of the growth and development of the Indore and MP Branch, conducting market research, providing valuable feedback, and contributing to scaling strategies. Operational duties involve ensuring smooth branch functioning, coordinating effectively with the Backend Team for high-quality service delivery, and providing accurate business forecasts and reporting to the Chief of Staff. You must be ready and willing to travel regularly within the MP region to meet clients, build relationships, and close business. Your performance will be measured rigorously against the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Revenue Target Achievement (meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets across all three verticals), New Client Acquisition Rate (specifically from the identified target segments), Cross-Selling Success (percentage of clients utilizing services from more than one segment), Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT/NPS), Sales Pipeline Value & Conversion (maintaining a robust pipeline and achieving high conversion rates), and Reporting Accuracy & Timeliness (providing accurate and punctual business forecasts and market intelligence). We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in Business Development, Sales, or Client Management, preferably within the HR Services, Recruitment, or IT/SaaS Advisory (Zoho experience a plus) domain. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional drive, a go-getter attitude, highly entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating with a high degree of independence. You must demonstrate a high learning curve and be able to quickly grasp and articulate complex services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi are essential, along with a firm commitment to embracing a role that involves frequent regional travel and the eventual transition from remote work to an office environment.
