Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Kozhikode. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include establishing student recruitment strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients and institutions, and ensuring the coordination of services. Additionally, the manager will monitor key performance metrics, implement improvements, and facilitate smooth communication across internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively to achieve branch goals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, as well as resolving operational and organizational challenges.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international education consulting or student recruitment processes is highly desirable.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
