Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and clients, providing information about educational programs, answering queries, and guiding students through the application process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions, and following up with potential leads to ensure successful conversions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in handling phone calls and possessing persuasive skills
• Ability to provide detailed and accurate information to prospective students
• Experience in maintaining records and documenting interactions
• Basic knowledge of educational programs and international student recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
