Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. Oversee a team of sales executives, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business targets, including revenue growth and market expansion. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners to drive business opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in electrical products or related field (switchgear, wiring accessories). Strong understanding of electrical equipment such as MCBs, MCCBs, RCCBs, capacitors, luminaries etc. . Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and team management. Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions and drive results-oriented decision making.
