Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and expansion.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role as a Branch Manager or Retail Manager.
