Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing retail branches. Roles and Responsibility Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer acquisition goals. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance expectations. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or service delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Job Requirements Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving business objectives through effective planning and execution. Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions that drive business growth. Strong understanding of banking products and services, with the ability to stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. Experience in managing risk and controlling costs while maintaining high standards of customer service.
