Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise a team of retail banking professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Develop and implement strategies to increase retail deposits, loans, and other financial products. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning within the branch team. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong understanding of retail banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. Experience in managing budgets and forecasting future financial performance.
