Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase market share. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Proven experience in retail banking management or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to stay updated on industry trends. Experience in managing budgets and resources, with a focus on cost control and profitability.
