Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at ProfitMart Securities Pvt Ltd located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the branch, ensure compliance with company policies, develop business strategies, manage staff, and build client relationships. The role involves achieving branch targets, handling customer inquiries, monitoring market trends, and ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in branch management, financial services, and customer relationship management (CRM) Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills Proficiency in financial products including Equities, Derivatives, Currency, Commodities, IPO, Mutual Funds, and Real Estate Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of trading software and investing tools Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Certification in relevant financial fields is a plus Show more Show less
