Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Branch Manager located in Mayiladuturai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, guide staff through coaching and training, manage budgets, develop business strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate customer relationships. The role will also involve assessing local market conditions to identify current and prospective sales opportunities, addressing customer grievances to maintain high service standards, and preparing branch financial statements.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate staff
• Experience in budget management, business strategy development, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and the ability to ensure branch operations adhere to policies
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in banking or housing finance is an advantage
