Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Branch Head to join our team in Warangal location, will oversee the branch operations in Warangal. The candidate will leverage their leadership abilities to drive branch performance, meet revenue and operational targets, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker capable of managing multiple departments and making data-driven decisions to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing:

• Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.
• Lead the sales team to generate revenue through sales, partnerships, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective advertising campaigns.
• Supervise the distribution of publications to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Analyze circulation trends and implement strategies to boost subscriptions and readership.
• Lead the advertising sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with local advertisers, businesses, and media agencies.
• Assess ad effectiveness and ensure brand consistency in all campaigns.

2. Finance & Accounts:

• Manage branch budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
• Ensure financial compliance and monitor profitability, implementing corrective actions

.

3. Administration:

• Handle day-to-day administrative functions like procurement, facility management, and

office supplies.

• Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient branch operations and accurate record-

keeping.

4. Reporting & Compliance:

• Provide regular reports on branch performance to upper management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

•

• Experience: 8-10 years. Experience in Media Industry will be an added advantage.

• Skills: Branch Operations, Vendor & Client coordination, Business Development, Sales and

Marketing, General Administration
