Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mutual Funds team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in sales, branch management, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the branch office.
Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and customer acquisition.
Lead and motivate a team of relationship managers and financial advisors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, branch management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mutual funds products and services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in the BFSI industry is preferred.
