Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Branch Operations & Sales Leadership:
Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to boost
mutual fund sales
and expand the customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals
to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Customer & Market Focus:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
Analyze
market trends
and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Strategic Decision-Making:

BFSI industry
