Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Mutual Funds team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and management, with 2-7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to boost mutual fund sales and expand the customer base.
Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
