Oversee all branch activities—accounts, stock, sales, helpers, office admin
Check and verify sales/purchase entries in Tally, ERP, Excel; keep records updated
Supervise stock receipt, naming/tagging, ERP entry, regular stock audits
Help plan sales team routes, track leaves, support targets
Manage office supplies, petty cash, vendors, routine expenses
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, Google inquiries; support follow-ups and CRM
Prepare/review compliance filings (GST, TDS, Professional Tax) with accountant
Solve daily issues, coordinate with teams, handle urgent tasks with a positive attitude
Keep digital and physical files organized, accurate, and backed up
Suggest workflow improvements; work closely with business owners
