Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Hyderabad branch,specializing in temperature-controlled logistics. The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end operations, compliance with cold chain protocols, customer satisfaction, team leadership, Sales and new client acquisition and financial performance of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily branch operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of temperature-sensitive goods.
• Ensure strict compliance with temperature control standards (e.g., GDP, HACCP, ISO standards).
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, product integrity, and cost-efficiency.
• Manage the proper use and maintenance of refrigerated vehicles, equipment, and facilities.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team including drivers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel.
• Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Customer Service:
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Act as the key contact for clients, handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.
• Work with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention.

Compliance & Quality Control:

• Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations related to cold chain logistics.
• Conduct regular audits and temperature monitoring checks.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and SOPs.

Financial & Strategic Oversight:

• Prepare and manage the branch budget, including cost controls and profitability analysis.

• Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement branch-specific strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics or supply chain, with at least 2 years in temperature-controlled logistics.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics, regulatory compliance, and inventory systems.
• Proficient in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
