We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, with 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery to customers. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget. Identify and mitigate risks, implementing processes to prevent fraud and minimize losses. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends and regulations. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
