Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 15-16 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to meet their targets. Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of customer service. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong customer relationships. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail. Experience in managing budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
