Job Description

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description: The Security Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, supervising field staff, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies. The role involves patrol supervision, team management, timely reporting, client coordination, and operational documentation to maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Operations:

Supervise and lead a team of 5 field officers/supervisors.

Ensure proper guard deployment and timely replacements.

Submit daily/weekly attendance reports to the operations team.

Track uniform issuance and process deductions in coordination with the accounts team.

Maintain and submit a monthly stock report (uniforms, equipment, stationary, etc.).

2. Training & Development:

Conduct 6 training sessions per month focusing on SOPs, emergency response, grooming, and client etiquette.

Evaluate guards regularly to maintain high service quality.

3. Patrolling Duties:

· Conduct regular night patrols at KIMS and Prestige sites to ensure on-ground discipline, vigilance, and SOP compliance.

· Maintain detailed patrolling reports with timestamps and photos if applicable.

4. Client Relations & Surveys:

· Address and resolve client escalations professionally and promptly.

· Conduct a quarterly survey at each client site to understand evolving security needs and suggest improvements.

5. Incident Management:

· Ensure incident reports are drafted and submitted within 24 hours of any event.

· Coordinate with the client and HO to take preventive and corrective action.

6. Feedback & Service Improvement:

Encourage and collect Google reviews and client recommendations to enhance credibility and visibility.

Follow up on feedback and take corrective action where necessary.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Leadership and team management

· Strong client servicing and problem-solving skills

· Good communication and reporting skills (written & verbal)

· Familiarity with security protocols and incident handling

· Basic proficiency in Excel, email, and app-based reporting tools

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in security operations or branch-level management
  • Experience in night patrolling and managing large deployments
  • Graduate preferred; Ex-servicemen or individuals with a law enforcement
