Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Branch Manager to lead and manage our Siliguri and North Bengal Business Development & operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in channel distribution, project sales, team handling, and business development in video surveillance, IT hardware, storage solution, Display, network racks & enclosers, structured cabling and network active infrastructure solutions verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the branch’s overall sales, distribution, and operational activities.

• Drive channel partner acquisition and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, dealers, and end clients.

• Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met for the region.

• Oversee inventory, logistics, billing, and after-sales support coordination.

• Prepare periodic business reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.

• Build and manage a strong team to ensure excellent service and market penetration.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any category/Diploma in IT or Electronics or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in relevant field.

• Excellent knowledge of CCTV, NVR/DVR, switches, routers, access control, Wi-Fi solutions, structured cabling, etc.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to business development.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
