Role Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager for our office located in Vasai Virar. This is a full-time on-site role where the Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and managing day-to-day branch operations, driving sales performance to meet targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include overseeing a team of advisors, conducting team training sessions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities. The role also involves analyzing branch performance metrics, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and People Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, with proficiency in training and motivating employees.
  • Sales and Business Development: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, target achievement, and customer acquisition strategies within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Customer Service Management: Expertise in maintaining client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering excellent service experiences.
  • Analytical and Operational Skills: Proficiency in performance analysis, reporting, and implementing operating procedures for branch efficiency.
  • Knowledge in Insurance Products: Familiarity with life insurance policies including ULIPs, term plans, and retirement plans, with awareness of regulatory compliance.
  • Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within financial services or insurance is highly desirable.
