Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Surat. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, managing loan application processes, meeting branch targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes leading and training branch staff, developing business strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Branch Manager will also ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in branch operations and financial management
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Knowledge of loan applications and credit assessment processes
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
