Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Executive to manage branch-level operations, ensure smooth sales activities, and support the overall growth of the FMCG business. The role requires strong coordination, people management, and an ability to drive performance at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure effective workflow.
• Support sales teams in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and ensure proper replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and maintain strong customer relations.
• Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, and branch performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Assist in training and supporting branch staff for better productivity.
• Plan and execute local promotional activities to boost sales.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Business/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG branch operations or sales.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
