Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Calicut branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving business targets through effective team leadership and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Achieve branch sales and collection targets for all financial products.
• Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure high productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI, and NBFC regulatory guidelines.
• Strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
• Monitor loan disbursements, repayments, and delinquency control.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand the branch’s business.
• Coordinate with the head office and other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions.
• Proven experience in branch operations, sales, and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of lending, collections, and credit assessment.
