Job Summary:

The Branch Incharge is responsible for the overall management, growth, and profitability of the branch. The role involves supervising daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory norms, achieving business targets in loans, deposits, and insurance, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including gold loans, deposits, recurring deposits, microfinance, and insurance services.
• Achieve branch business targets for loans, deposits, and cross-selling of financial products.
• Manage, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to all regulatory and audit standards.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality through timely follow-ups and recovery management.
• Handle customer queries, grievances, and ensure service excellence at all times.
• Monitor cash flow, maintain proper records, and ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Coordinate with Head Office for reporting, approvals, and strategic planning.
• Organize marketing and promotional activities to enhance branch visibility and customer base.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure security and discipline within the branch premises.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch operations or financial services
• Prior experience in NBFC, Cooperative Society, or Producer Company preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
