• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Financial management:
• Manage the branch budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
• Oversee financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
• Report on branch performance to senior management.
• Customer service:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
• Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
• Compliance:
• Ensure the branch adheres to all company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
• Monitor compliance with anti-fraud guidelines.
• As like corporate ready to handle other branch person remotely
