Role Overview:
The Branch Head will be responsible for leading the overall functioning and growth of the business, including business development, recruitment delivery, client servicing, operational management, and team leadership. The role requires strong execution capability, relationship-building skills, and a focus on performance and results.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth
● Identify and onboard new hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to expand business.● Manage end-to-end client communication and ensure service satisfaction.● Support revenue growth, market expansion, and branch performance targets.

Recruitment & Delivery Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for healthcare positions.● Ensure timely sourcing, screening, and placement of candidates as per client requirements.● Monitor candidate pipeline quality and fulfillment timelines.

Client & Stakeholder Management
● Build strong relationships with hospital administrators, HR teams, and department heads. ● Conduct regular review meetings with clients and address service-related concerns.● Ensure high standards of professionalism and retention of clients.

Team Leadership & People Management
● Lead, guide, and motivate the branch recruitment and business development team.● Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor productivity and performance.● Train team members to improve efficiency and recruitment delivery.

Operational & Compliance Management
● Ensure proper documentation, joining formalities, MIS reporting, and database management.●Maintain process hygiene and ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.● Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups as per timelines.

Financial Responsibilities
● Support budgeting and branch revenue targets.● Track branch profitability and operational cost optimization.● Ensure timely payments and invoice follow-ups to maintain cash flow.

Qualifications & Skills:
● Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations (Healthcare recruitment preferred).● Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.● Proven experience in client development and manpower fulfillment.● Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.● Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle operational challenges.● Result-driven mindset with problem-solving capability.
