About the Role:

Branch Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 12–15 sales professionals.
• Drive monthly and quarterly

  sales targets

  with complete P&L ownership.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for high-conversion property sales.
• Work closely on project focus areas:

  Delhi NCR, Vrindavan, Dholera, Ayodhya

  .
• Monitor team performance, mentor junior staff, and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and lead generation departments.
• Present daily/weekly reports to management, justifying a 10x ROI focus.
• Manage client relations, site visits, and closure of high-value deals.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and smooth handover processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in

  real estate sales/team leadership

  .
• Proven record of handling a sales team of 10+ members.
• Deep understanding of

  property markets

  in Delhi NCR & Tier 2 cities.
• Strong business acumen with

  P&L management experience

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under performance pressure.
