Role Summary:

HR/Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, hiring) for sales, support & operations teams.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
• Draft HR letters (offer, increment, confirmation, relieving).
• Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
• Organize team engagement, training, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and real estate industry practices.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Business Administration or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of HR/Admin experience

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools, MS Office, and hiring portals.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
