We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The role involves managing branch revenue, setting and achieving targets, leading a team of Sales Managers, and ensuring smooth branch functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow. Drive branch revenue growth by implementing effective business strategies. Set, assign, and monitor branch sales targets for the team. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 5 Sales Managers to achieve business objectives. Review sales performance, provide coaching, and support team development. Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. Prepare and present periodic business performance reports to senior management. Maintain compliance, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
