You are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fan industry, seeking a challenging opportunity as a Branch Head to lead operations in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Your role will involve driving primary and secondary sales, developing strong relationships with dealers and distributors, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. You must possess a deep understanding of the local dealer/distributor network and have a track record of exceeding sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing sales operations in Bhubaneswar, driving primary and secondary sales, maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, ensuring timely achievement of sales targets, monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments for operational efficiency. Extensive travel within the region is required to support field teams and strengthen the sales network. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of fan industry experience, strong knowledge of primary and secondary sales, familiarity with the dealer/distributor network in Odisha or Eastern India, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, willingness to travel extensively, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
