Company Description Bargach Finance Private Limited (Bargach) is a Private Limited Company registered under Companies Act 2013 with its Registered Office in West Bengal. The company focuses on extending loans for Home improvement, Sanitation, and Drinking Water in semi-urban & rural areas. Bargach operates with a group lending model targeting women beneficiaries to empower and educate them on the importance of basic amenities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Head located in Bhopal at Bargach Finance Pvt. Ltd. The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cluster, managing a team, lending decisions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Qualifications Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-making skills Understanding of financial lending processes and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and Analytical skills Experience in the financial industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, or related field
