Branch Head

• Manage and lead the branch team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity and sales performance.
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee property listings, site visits, and deal closures.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; ensure continuous team development.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, events, and lead generation activities.
• Handle client escalations, negotiations, and high-value deals effectively.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and property regulations.

Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Branch head position.
