Job Description

Manage and lead the branch team to achieve sales and revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity and sales performance. Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders. Oversee property listings, site visits, and deal closures. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Recruit, train, and mentor staff; ensure continuous team development. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, events, and lead generation activities. Handle client escalations, negotiations, and high-value deals effectively. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and property regulations. Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Branch head position.
