Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Head located in Siliguri. The Branch Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include implementing company policies, handling customer queries and grievances, conducting market analysis, and maintaining financial records. The Branch Head will also be involved in promoting the company's financial products and services within the branch's jurisdiction. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills to manage branch staff effectively Customer service and relationship management skills to enhance customer satisfaction Sales and marketing expertise to achieve branch sales targets Financial acumen to maintain and oversee branch financial records Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting market analysis and handling grievances Proficiency in local languages and dialects is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services sector is preferred
