Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Management:

Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including opening, closing, and key management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.

Business Development:

Drive sales of retail financial products such as vehicle loans, SME finance, insurance, housing finance, and investment products.
Achieve branch targets for revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.
Implement cross-selling strategies for multiple financial products.

Customer Service:

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries and issues.
Build strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance goals.
Ensure proper training and development of team members.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Monitor branch activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory norms.
Manage risk effectively and maintain asset quality.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of NBFC operations and financial products.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
