Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tezpur for the role of Branch Head. The Branch Head will oversee and manage the overall operations of the branch, including customer relationship management, loan disbursement, and collection processes. Daily responsibilities include achieving business targets, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, training and motivating the team, managing risks effectively, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The Branch Head will work closely with the regional office to ensure the branch aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and mentor the branch staff effectively.
• Strong Communication, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills to foster trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical and Decision-Making skills to evaluate financial data, assess risks, and drive branch performance.
• Operational Expertise in loan disbursement and collection, compliance adherence, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially MS Office, for administrative tasks and reporting.
• Familiarity with the microfinance or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
