Job Description: Branch Manager (Agency Vertical)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager with strong experience in the Insurance (Agency Vertical), Mutual Funds (Agency Vertical), or Concept Selling domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, leading a large team, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Leadership & Management:

Oversee the overall operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and high productivity.

• Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for the branch.

• Team Handling:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 60+ members, providing guidance, performance monitoring, and skill development.

• Business Development:

Leverage a strong professional network to generate new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

• Performance Tracking:

Analyze branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.

• Compliance & Process Management:

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards at the branch level.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have prior experience in Insurance (Agency Vertical), Mutual Funds (Agency Vertical), or Concept Selling.
• Proven experience in branch operations, sales leadership, and large team management.
• Strong networking abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹44,884.31 - ₹72,972.75 per month
