Role Description This is a full-time role for a Branch Head based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. The Branch Head will oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, manage client relationships to maintain service excellence, and lead, motivate, and develop the branch's team. Responsibilities include achieving operational targets, aligning team efforts with company goals, and identifying strategic opportunities for business growth while upholding ethical standards and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Operations Management and Leadership skills to manage teams, processes, and performance effectively. Strong Client Relationship Management skills with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with clients, employees, and vendors effectively. Team-building and Mentoring abilities to foster employee development and collaboration. Proficiency in Business Development and Financial Planning to identify growth opportunities and manage resources efficiently. Experience in the relocation or logistics industry is advantageous.
