Customer Service Representative

In this full-time on-site role based in Durgapur, your primary responsibility will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a seamless customer experience on a day-to-day basis. To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service, customer support, and customer experience skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with the capacity to multitask and efficiently solve problems. Prior experience in customer service roles will be beneficial, and knowledge of the financial services industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred for this position.,
