We are looking for a skilled Branch Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 5-12 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage credit operations, including origination, underwriting, and portfolio management. Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and maximize revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth. Monitor and control credit expenses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of credit principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with credit software and systems is an advantage. Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
