Job Description

Required : 3 to 6 Years. Shift : Need to work in US Shift EST time zone. Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AEM Frontend Specialist with strong experience in content authoring and component usage within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to ensure timely and accurate content publishing across AEM platforms, while ensuring performance, accessibility, and design consistency. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and manage web content and digital assets using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Author content using AEM templates and components, ensuring layout consistency and brand compliance. Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to build high-quality landing pages and microsites. Optimize AEM pages for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility. Troubleshoot frontend issues related to content display, layout, and styling. Conduct QA and usability testing for authored pages across browsers and devices. Support content migration, digital campaigns, and site launches. Maintain proper asset management using AEM DAM (Digital Asset Manager). Ensure proper metadata tagging, SEO readiness, and content hygiene. Requirements 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with AEM (Sites) in a content authoring or frontend role. Strong understanding of AEM components, templates, workflows, and content publishing lifecycle. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery. Familiarity with AEM DAM and metadata best practices. Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Experience working with design systems or style guides. Basic knowledge of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and page performance optimization. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Nice To Have Exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Launch. Experience working in a multi-language/multi-region AEM setup.
