Job Description

We are looking for skilled BPO recruiters with 1 to 6 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the BPM/BPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various clients.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a BPO recruiter or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
