Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BPO Manager at ANAND ESTATES, located in Hyderabad. The BPO Manager will oversee and optimize business processes across outsourcing functions, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing client appointments, analyzing performance metrics, leading communication efforts with investors, and driving continuous improvements within the outsourcing framework.

• Proficiency in Business Process Management and Outsourcing strategies
